Tax Associate, Tax
Job Description
Department: Tax
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Tax Associate within our Tax Division. We're seeking driven and ambitious individuals eager to grow their careers alongside seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilitiesa. Corporate Taxation
Support clients on taxation services as follows:
- Preparations of clients' corporate tax computations
- Preparations of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS
- Preparations and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS
- Preparations of application of COR for DTA
- Research on various tax matters
- Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax
b. Individual Taxation services
- Computation of clients' individual taxes, preparation of IR8A, online filing of tax return to IRAS
- Preparation of AIS data
- Tax clearance for individuals
c. Handle tax inquiries and audit from IRAS
d. Assist seniors in relation to documentations of transfer pricing
e. Assist seniors for other tax related engagements
f. Administrative functions of tax assignments
- Preparation of invoices
- Maintain / Update of internal master files / records
- Keep and maintain proper records of tax clients
Requirement
To qualify for the role:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in an accounting/business/tax-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Singapore tax compliance
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and has an interest in tax
- Detailed and customer-service oriented
- Prior experience in professional service firm is advantageous
- Good knowledge in Singapore Tax system and regulations

Department: Commercial Accounting
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Accounts Executive within our Commercial Accounting Division. We're seeking driven and ambitious individuals eager to grow their careers alongside seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilities
• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Set up charts of accounts for new accounting clients.
• Record receipts and payments in accounting software.
• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Responsible for mentoring, guiding, and reviewing junior team member's work.
• Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.
• Prepare GST report and filing.
• Update cashflow report.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission.
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns. (e.g., Form IR8A)
• Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients' bank accounts.
• Other related accounting assignments as assigned.
Requirement
To qualify for the role:
• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimium 3 years of relevant working experiences in handling full set of accounts preferred
• Experience in professional firms is an added advantage
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated ,meticulous and customer-service oriented
• Flexible and adaptable in working styles
• Detailed and deadline oriented
